The reply box is displaying different on web vs mobile.
On web, it only displays a comment box.
We’d like it to look like the mobile version that includes comment boxes for name, email, message, and post.
Here is an example on another site that uses the Gema theme: http://www.no-envy.com/in-her-shoes-eva-founder-of-moonbear-cosmetics/
Thank you!

Hi Victoria,
The site you indicated is using Gema for self-hosted, while you are using Gema for WordPress.com. They are pretty the same theme, with a few small differences.
However, regarding the Comments options, please have a look at this article and see that you can ask your site readers to fill the Name and Email — https://wordpress.com/support/settings/discussion-settings/
Please have a look, give it a try and let me know how it goes.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
Thanks,
Alin

Hi Alin,
Thanks for the quick reply. I played with the settings for the discussion but this is still not what I’m looking for.
I like the look of the actual boxes that are shown on the mobile side of our current site and on the web side of the reference site.
Is there code I can add to my site that will allow it to appear on web? Understood there are limitations when using WordPress.com, but find it odd that it’s appearing on the mobile side and can’t work in the web browser.
Thanks!
