Ladder Customized URL for homepage

    For some reason the customized URL link on my homepage for the Ladder theme has stopped working for my site. Any ideas? I haven’t tampered with anything . . .

    Would be grateful for some help.

    Hi,

    Can you please be more clear about the issue? If you want a static page in the front of your website you can set one by going to ‘Settings-Reading’.

    Hi Edy,

    The video that should be playing when homepage opens up is not loading. i.e. if one puts in a youtube URL into customized theme. I can send you screen grab if that would help.

    Maybe it need some time to refresh. The url that I see when I look at the source code of your website is this

    Notice the extra ‘%20’ added at the end.

    It’s been stuck on “loading” animation for a few days for all URLs. This is the first time this has happened in all the months I’ve been using Ladder. Restarted my computer and redid URL — same one as you specify. Problem still evident. Very puzzling.
