  Hi, some time ago, I posted about using NextPage on Shelf and a problem with the Quote and Link formats. I was told that support tickets were filed for both matters so I wanted to see if there was an update on either front.

  Also, when tickets are filed, what’s the typical turnaround time for the issue to be resolved?

  Hi there!

  We have added pagination support to the Standard post format. We haven’t yet updated the Link and Quote post formats — it is on our list, though :)

  Also, when tickets are filed, what’s the typical turnaround time for the issue to be resolved?

  We try to fix serious bugs as soon as possible. If, however, it’s a feature request or minor style-related update, it can take a couple of weeks. We will be sure to keep you posted about the progress of these tickets.
