Hi – I purchased the InfoWay theme since the Premium theme search results showed InfoWay as on of the themes that supports a logo. I also viewed a YouTube video where they said the same. I am using the edit tool in WordPress, and when I go to Custom I don’t see Site Title, Tagline, and Logo like I have seen in other themes that support adding a logo (I just see Title & Tagline). Do you add it another way with this theme. Thanks

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there – InfoWay doesn’t support the site logo feature, do you remember where you saw that it did? I’m not seeing “site logo” as a feature in the right sidebar here:
    https://theme.wordpress.com/themes/infoway/
And I don’t see it listed here:
    http://theme.wordpress.com/themes/features/site-logo/

It’s certainly a feature the theme’s developer would need to add, but it’s not present in the theme at the moment.

    Thanks Kathryn for replying back.

    Hi Skleinpm,

There is actually a way to upload your own custom header image in the theme.

Here is the way to do that:

Step 1: In the Site Title and Tagline, Turn off the “Display header text” option.

Step 2: Goto “Header Image” option and upload your own custom header image with the logo.

The ideal image width is 950 pixels wide. So if you have a smaller sized logo, upload the wider image with white background and a logo on the left of that wider image. It would work perfectly fine.

Let me know, if you have any further questions.

    Thanks
    Neeraj
