Image not recognized (left in blank) by Facebook when sharing homepage

  I activated Facebook share button in my homepage (josemeirelles.com.br, Promenade theme), but as I click on the Facebook share button, no image appear in Facebook share popup window. The ‘hero image’ I am using is according to specifications (1600x440px) May you help me?

  By the way, I submitted site’s url (www.josemeirelles.com.br) on https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug and the strange folowing warning messasse is displayed:

  ‘Image Too Big – Provided og:image URL, https://s0.wp.com/i/blank.jpg could not be downloaded because it exceeded the maximum allowed sized of 8Mb.’

  The thing is I did not upload any blank.jpg to the site. May you help me please?

  The WordPress.com Sharing functionality isn’t theme specific and I don’t know the ins-and-outs of how that feature works. This would be a better question for the General Support Forums.
