I want the title to be the same colour as the default, but not the tagline!

    I’m going to try this again.

    Currently, my title and tagline are both black. However, I want the title and tagline to look exactly the same as they look in the sample picture. This means that I want the title to be that purplish-reddish colour, and I want the tagline to be grey/black or whatever it is.

    How do I do this if pressing default on header and background doesn’t work and changing themes and changing back to luscious doesn’t work?

    The blog I need help with is: westendsingleton.wordpress.com

    So just to clarify – switching themes doesn’t reset things?

    Edit: also, have you used any custom css?

    No custom CSS and switching themes doesn’t work; everything is kept the same including the widgets for some reason.

    WordPRess remembers the widget settings and keep those for you. The header uploader area should be resetting itself, and it’s not.

    I have asked a Happiness engineer to look at it.

    @sillyandrea,

    The header uploader area should be resetting itself

    Switching and switching back theme should NOT reset user’s modification for the header in the theme, and users should not have to modify again their modification every time they change themes. Instead, the theme should supply an option to reset the modification in the header admin page.
