I need help with a child theme

    We recently had a child theme of Didi built but it did not work. Is this something that the Didi team can address? i.e. rebuilding a compatable child theme for us (or building a new Didi Theme for 2PM, Inc outright).

    thank you for using our theme.

    Are you using WordPress.com version of the theme or org? I’m not sure what the problem is and what is not working from the message u sent. If you are using org version of the theme, from our website than child theme is included with the download file and if you want to build it further than this part is on you. Unfortunately, we don’t offer customization work for the child themes.

    I am sorry, to clarify, I am using wordpress.com and I am trying to figure out if it is possible to build a child theme for my existing Didi theme. We paid a ton of money to have a child theme built and it didn’t work.

    Hi,

    if you can upload the theme file on your WordPress site and I think you can as you are on business plan than you can create a child theme and install it on WordPress.com.
    Unfortunately, we don’t offer support for building a child theme and customization but if you need someone to help with there are websites like Codeable.io that can offer you those services.
