How to make my homepage look like the frontpage layout

    Hi there,

I’ve just bought the Patch theme mainly because I loved the layout of the front page in the demo version. But now that I activated it, my home page doesn’t have the same layout. I can only obtain that layout if I make the homepage settings to display “my latest posts” instead of “a static page”. But my “home” button doesn’t get me back to that layout of the frontpage, and when I try to edit a page to make it look like the front layout, I just don’t know how. In the demo version, if you click the “home” button, you get back to the front layout, and that’s what Im trying to do and don’t know how. Please help, I haven’t published my website because I’ve just started to personalize it and I’ll publish it until it’s ready, so you won’t be able to see it, but I’m working on it.

Here’s an example of a page I found here in the forum that works as the demo, but the forum topic doesn’t explain how they managed to do that.
    Example: https://mumonbe.com

You can see in that website that if you click on the home page, it takes you to the front page.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Gisela,

I hope you’re doing fine and staying safe through all this madness with COVID-19. 🙏

You can achieve that by simply adding a custom link to your menu. Check out this article and let me know if it helps: https://cl.ly/0f502e51890e
