How to Make an Archive?

    I am trying to create an archive on my page titled “Blog”, and I do not see any options. I found some instructions on this: https://en.support.wordpress.com/archives-shortcode/ but I am not able to follow these instructions.

    The blog I need help with is nichelletaylor.com.

    Please try again after activating “Shortcode Embeds” in Jetpack.

    Thank you for your response. I currently do not have Jetpack; which plan do I need in order to do this between personal, premium, or professional?
