how to download files for hosted site

Hi, I purchased the paulie theme and I wanted it for a hosted version of the site, not my wordpress.com version. Is there a way I can get the files for this theme so I can apply to my hosted site? thanks Libby

Thank you for writing.Unfortunately themes and widgets cannot be moved from WordPress.com to other hosting platforms:
