How do I just show a quote like you have on your Label site?

  I tried just doing a block quote and it didn’t display like yours. It looked all other posts of mine when posted. I want to add a block quote post only on the home page, like yours, in the same style. Can you give me instructions on how this is done?

  The blog I need help with is dailycdev.com.

  Hi

  The way it should work is you set your post to use the ‘quote’ post format (https://en.support.wordpress.com/posts/post-formats/) and the theme will then pick the first blockquote from the post. If there’s no blockquote found then it will display the entire blog post.
