How do I get the navigation bar to show (and how do I post new questions here?!)

  I can’t see the top navigation bar on my site with the Mina Olen theme activated. I’ve tried reactivating and it doesn’t show. Is there a particular setting I’ve missed to make it come up? Without that showing I can’t use the theme :(
