how do i add this theme? i purchased it a day or two ago

    Hello!

    The theme is automatically attached to the site you used when you purchased it. Are you seeing the theme in your site under Appearance > Themes? If not, can you confirm you purchased it through the WordPress.com site and not through Organic Themes directly?

    Hi Rebecca,

    I see it but it under appearance>Themes but looks like there is a disconnect. Its ‘as if’ i did not buy it so its more of a preview and will not let me do extensive customization? I bought it from wordpress.

    When I try to customize, fonts, etc it tells me this is part of the premium pack with a link to upgrade?

    Hi Joefab358,

    You will need to purchase the Custom Design add-on if you want to change fonts and colors on the theme. You can however customize the Theme Features under Appearance > Customize > Theme. You will find the information for the Custom Design add-on here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/.

    Thanks Rebecca. So buying a theme for $69 just gets you a very basic layout and you need to pay more to get add-on (another $99?).

    Hi Joefab,

    Purchasing the theme for $69 gets you the theme you see in the demo (https://purposedemo.wordpress.com). If you want to then modify the theme, WordPress.com requires that you purchase the Custom Design addon. This is related to WordPress.com’s platform, not the theme.
