I m transfering/migrating my WP blog to a host (siteground.com). But they say they cannot transfer my (Zuki) theme. What are my options please?
The blog I need help with is: vidasdehotel.com
yes, unfortuntely it’s try, you can not use a theme bought on WordPress.com on a self-hosted WordPress website.
If you bought Zuki within the last 30 days, you can request a refund for your purchase, see further details here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/refunds/
Then you would need to purchase the Zuki theme for self-hosted WordPress websites again directly on our Elmastudio website.
If you have purchased Zuki over 30 days ago, please let me know via our contact form and I can give you a discount on your Zuki theme purchase on Elmastudio.
hi, I did transfer my website to wordpress.org via a hosting service, I did purchased -again- your theme (zuki) and apparently, it is not responsive on a wordpress.org site? my website looks terrible now. my previous, http://www.vidasdehotel.com looks fantastic compared to this one http://www.vidadehotel.com. I duplicated all the widgets but the result is awful. can you help please
Hi there, I’m so sorry for my late reply. Could you please post directly on the Elmastudio theme forum for further help setting up Zuki on a self-hosted WordPress site? This would be great, thanks so much for your understanding!
Regarding the mobile view, could you please check, if you have disabled the Mobile Theme in your Jetpack plugin, this could be the reason.
