Home Top Widget Not Publicly Displayed

  Hello,

  I just went to my blog while not logged into WordPress and noticed the “Home Top” widget, which I use for my lead stories, does not display. It only displays when I am logged into WordPress. That, of course, means I’m the only one seeing that widget.

  That widget was displaying the last time I viewed my blog while not logged in (eg., on an iPad). No settings were changed in the meantime.
