    Hi, I have developed a training site which I want to be password protected however I have noticed if I create a landing page requiring a password you can bypass it by clicking on the menu..? seems pointless. Can you supply me with some css code to hide the menu.

    Thanks

    The blog I need help with is spaceprotraining.wordpress.com.

    Hi – as far as I know there’s no way to password protect an entire site. If you add a password to a page it will only protect that page and all the other pages will be accessible.

    It looks like you’ve now hidden/ removed the menu. If you hide the menu then it will always be hidden – there would be no way to hide the menu and then show it again when people have entered the password.

    You can hide the title for just that page using the following css:

    .page-id-328 .post-title {
    display:none;
    }

    Thank you for your response.

    Ive hidden the menu as a temporary measure longterm Id prefer the solution below – if it’s possible:

    Like the code you supplied to hide the title on that specific page (above) is there css to also hide the menu only on page-id-328 then I can keep it visible for the rest of the site ?

    Thanks.

    I think I’ve figured it out adapting the code you supplied above :)
