    Hi there,

I’m having the same problem as this forum post below, but I don’t have the premium plan so I can’t change or add any CSS coding, as suggested in the below.
    https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/hide-double-line-between-title-and-tagline?replies=7

The double lines between the site title and tag line do not appear for the default blue color palette, but when I change to the red color palette (the one I would prefer to use) they show up automatically, even when the “display header text” box is unchecked. Is there a solution to get rid of the double lines for users of the Paulie theme that don’t have the premium plan/ability to insert custom code?

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is gingersnapblog.com.

    Hello andreafowler,
Thank you for writing and using Paulie.

Thank you a lot for explain the problem. We had not been able to reproduce the issue in our test demo site, but your explication that this happens with the color palettes and not with the default color palette definitely helped us to reproduce and solved the issue!

A new update has just been sent by us to WordPress to be reviewed. We hope this will be available in next few days. No action is required from you party. We will let you know in this topic when you can use this feature correctly.

    Thank again!
    Have a nice day.

    Hi,
I am writing regarding the same problem with the double lines. Do I understand it correctly that they can easily be removed without having to upgrade to premium plan? Can u send me an easy recipe on this matter?

As for color palette I would like to change one color (the red) for another. Do I need to upgrade to premium plan for this change?

Does the Paulie theme come without date on the blog post? I can not see the date pop up automatically..

Regarding mobile – how can I adjust the blogdesign for the mobile?

The blog I need help with is https://sesongkjokkenetcom.wordpress.com/

    Many thanks;-)

    Hello Mona,
Thank you for writing and using Paulie.

If you want to change a color from a palette you should add custom CSS code to overwrite the palette color rules. Here you are more info about custom CSS:
    https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-css/

About dates, Paulie doesn’t come with this feature, as you can see in the demo site. Anyway this is an interesting feature. We will study to add in future updates. Thank you for your recommendation.

and about mobile, Paulie is already responsive and adjusts to smaller screens. I recommend that you turn off the mobile theme if you activated here, as it’s not necessary when the theme is already responsive:

    Hope this helps!
