    Hello Taras,

    I hope you are well?
I don’t know if you’ll be able to help me but I’m still asking my question.

I have added fixed icons on the left side of the website. When you look from a PC there is no problem. But when you look at the site from a mobile phone, the icons are hidden behind the scrolling header at the top of the page. Would you have an idea of how to make the icons pass over the top ?

    Thanks a lot,
    Florence Semal

The blog I need help with is sisdcarolo.wordpress.com.

I found the solution on my own :). On the other hand on the scrolling header on the front page, on the mobile version, the content does not appear anymore. Is this normal?

    Thank you

    Hi Florence,

“I found the solution on my own :)”
    – Glad to hear you were able to resolve this issue :)

“On the other hand on the scrolling header on the front page, on the mobile version, the content does not appear anymore. Is this normal?”
    – If you are referring to the sticky/fixed header during a scroll then this functionality is disabled in mobile views, meaning the mane section is static and it’s show at the top of the page.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Kind regards,
    Taras

    Hello Taras,

    Okay, thank you.

I was also wondering if it was possible to migrate my wordpress site to another wordpress site.
In fact here my site is hosted on my “sisdcarolowordpress” site but I would like it to be on my other “rlmcharleroiwordpress” site.
Since it’s internally wordpress do you think that’s possible?

    Thank you,
    Florence

    Hi Florence,

WordPress.com allows to transfer your content to a self-hosted WordPress installation: https://move.wordpress.com/

The thing is that you cannot download the theme. There are two reasons:

    1) Due to WordPress.com terms, it’s not possible to download files of the premium theme from the WordPress.com collection.

    2) The tdEditor theme is no longer sold at WordPress.com. WordPress.com has decided to stop selling it. So, the theme is not available for new sites.

We have other themes developed for a self-hosted WordPress installation: https://themesharbor.com/downloads/

If you have any additional questions regarding the theme, feel free to email me at https://themesharbor.com/contacts/

    Hope this helps.

    Kind regards,
    Taras

    Hello Taras,

All right, thank you. I come to you again because under the advice of WordPress I installed a plug in “Akismet Anti-Spam”. But since the layout of my site has moved. Especially on the first page.
    Could you please help me?

    Thank you for your help,
    Florence

    Taras,

It seems that the image problem is solved but there is a bug in the carousel on the first page. During the first loading, a space is added below the images, it becomes normal again afterwards.
Do you have an idea where the problem could come from?

    Thank you,
    Florence

    Hi Florence,

“But since the layout of my site has moved. Especially on the first page.”
    – Could you please post a link to the page where the issue appears, so I can inspect it?

“…During the first loading, a space is added below the images, it becomes normal again afterwards…”
    – Hm…I am going to investigate this issue. I’ll let you know when I have an update on this matter. Also, could you please tell me what browser are you using?

    Kind regards,
    Taras

    Florence,

It looks like this issue is caused by a lazy load functionality. For now, please add this custom CSS:

    #home-featured-slideshow .bx-wrapper .bx-viewport {
      height: 400px !important;
    }

I am currently working on a solution. I’ll let you know when it’s ready.

    Kind regards,
    Taras

    Florence,

I’ve just submitted a fix. Currently, it’s under WordPress.com review. I’ll let know when it’s deployed to Business plan sites.

    Kind regards,
    Taras

    Hi Florence,

It looks like a fix has been pushed to production sites. You can now remove that custom CSS: https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/topic/hidden-icons/#post-158202

    Kind regards,
    Taras
