    Hi Taras

    I’m having troubles with a button I’ve used in a form – it’s around twice the height it should be. Do you know how I can fix this? I’ve re-built the block, but it doesn’t seem to help. The block was originally one of the ‘Patterns’ available.

    The button is at the bottom of my homepage (for newsletter subscriptions) http://www.munnacreekwalkup.com

    Hello,
    Thank you for bringing this issue to my attention.

    I’ve just released an update which should resolve the problem regarding height in buttons with a custom background color. However, I am not sure how long it will take for a WordPress.com team to push this update to production sites at WordPress.com (there are delays sometimes).

    So, as a temporary solution, please add this custom CSS to your site:

    
.wp-block-button .wp-block-button__link.has-background {
    padding: .75em 1.2em;
}

    I let you know when update is ready for productions sites at WordPress.com.
