Header size – can it be changed?

    Hi there,

    I love the theme but would like to “shrink” the height of the header image, as I find all the space below the logo unnecessary. I would like my logo to appear more centred in the header space. Is this possible? Perhaps with some CSS tweaks?

    The blog I need help with is: plum-blog.com

    Hello notaboutjenny,
    Thank you for writing and using Paulie.

    To center the logo, just go to Appearance > Site Title, Tagline and Logo and uncheck the “Display header text” option. This will hide the space under the logo and it will show centered:

    Hope this helps.
    Thank you again!

    Hi Ricardo,

    Thanks so much for the quick response! And for the compliment :)

    I tried that, but it doesn’t seem to work. Even when I remove the “display header text” option the logo is still floating at the top, with a big amount of empty space underneath. Is there anything else I could try to fix it?

    Thanks a million,
    Jenny

    Hi Jenny, hiding header text helped but it’s true that we still have some remaining space under the logo: that’s a strange issue!

    Just add this CSS rule to solve it:

    .image-header {
        min-height: 0 !important;
    }

    Let us know and thank you again!
