    Hello,

    I’m uploading a header image in the specified dimensions of 1600×480. However, the image is cut off when uploaded. Can you let me know why this is?

    Thank you

    The blog I need help with is homeforalpha.com.

    Hello!

    You’ll need to skip the option to crop the photo after uploading it and make sure you keep the full image. Give this a try and see if it helps.

    Thanks!

    Hi Rebecca,

    I tried doing this and it doesn’t seem to resolve the problem. Is there anything else that I could potentially try?

    Hello!

    This is because you have no text or logo added over the image. By adding a logo the header image is supposed to respond in height based on the content added to it. The alternative is to set a higher min-height with the following CSS:

    #custom-header .header-img {
        min-height: 329px;
    }

    Just keep in mind this will vary based on displays.

    Thanks!
