Header image for the Publisher theme not uploading to the proper size?

  • Our Publisher Premium theme’s header image is not uploading to the proper size. We’ve made sure that we were following the pixel dimensions for the appropriate theme as directed (1440 px x 405 px). For some reason we’re only able to see half the total image from the header template as shown on all the blog examples and posts from the theme creator. We’ve spent several hours trying to get this to look correct with no success. No matter how we crop the image it still displays the same sliced graphic. There seems to be some kind of glitch when not using the viewable head title option that causes the header image size to be cut in pixel height. This varies depending on which mode of view from mobile to full web. Please let us know as soon as possible how we may solve this, so we may continue moving forward with building our site.

    Thank you.

  • Hi there,
It looks like some of your Custom CSS is interfering with the header. http://cl.ly/UQXB That CSS is absolute positioning the site title, which takes away the height of the header. That’s why it’s only showing part of your header.

Removing that Custom CSS should do the trick!
