Grid view – Question

    I have tried to follow the threads for grid view. First thing is do I need to have a premium paid wordpress account for this to take effect because I see no where to add a gallery to have the grid view show up. I did create a portfolio but I see no where to make it one of the pages that can be selected as a webpage so that it might show up in grid view. Thanks
