Getting a refund?
Hello. I have been trying to get a refund on this recently purchased theme. There is no cancel button appearing and I keep getting the message “You don’t currently have any active subscriptions on WordPress.com, If you would like to customize your sites look or feel, or add a custom domain, you should consider purchasing an upgrade in our Store”.
I have the paypal receipt though!

Could you double check if there is no refund button in the blog? You have 3 blogs in total and I’d like to make sure if you are in http://lauraslifeinlists.wordpress.com/ not other two blogs.

Yes to both questions.
I’m really sorry about this trouble. We are now looking into this issue and trying to fix this. I’ll promise to get back to you in this thread as soon as I know more info on this.

We’ve fixed the issue and you should be able to see the refund button on Store -> My Upgrades page now.
