Yes, it works now on the iPhone, but still does not work from the touch screen of my Surface tablet device.

Thank you for your patience! After testing and researching your issue we have finally came to a conclusion.
This issue is only arising on the Surface tablet (or Windows devices). Testing on an iPad does not present an issue.
After researching the issue, I am finding tons of evidence that drop down menus have difficulty working on Windows devices. This has been an issue as far back as 2012, and still has not been resolved by Microsoft.
We will not be able to fix the issue, unfortunately it’s out of our hands.
