Gallery problem portfolio item

    Hello,
    I insert galleries to my portfolio items but they don’t behave like I want.
    I can creat a gallery without any problem. But when I go to the site the images are scaled down to 200px x 133px, wich is much smaller than in the live demo of Ampersand. A youtube-video instead is displayed like in the live demo.

    If you could help me or tell me where to get help i would be very thankful.

    Hi Joshua,

    When you are creating your galleries, are you making sure to select the full-size option for your images, as seen here? That should ensure the images are larger, full width images and not thumbnails.

    Thank you for your quick answer mmcalister!

    I already selected the full-size option as seen here:

    And the pictures have a original size of 1000×667 px.
    But they are still displayed as thumbnail. But a video is displayed correctly as you can see here:

    Also i selected the option “link to: none” but it still opens the gallery-view.

    I have installed the plugin Simple Image Sizes and now it work. But i still don’t understand why.
    But thanks for your help!
