  Hey guys,

  I just bought this theme and I really like it. But how can I have on my front the galery like here? http://tapestrydemo.wordpress.com/#

  There is a post of a galery and you can see six pictures on the front and click on one of these pictures and come directly to them. On my site there is only one pictures and you have to click on the news.

  How can I do this?

  You have to choose the Gallery post format for showcasing gallery posts.

  Edit the post and pick “Gallery” from the post format meta box on the right.

  Can you explain that step by step?

  Because this is, what I did:
  1) Create a new article
  2) Chose on the right “Gallery”
  3) Upload pictures
  4) choose Gallery
  5) Published it

  I read the support for creating a Gallery but I can’t get it, what they try to say. For example: How can I create a Gallery without uploading pictures? Because I have already some pictures uploaded and I want to use this.

  Sometimes, wordpress is very annoing -.- ;)

  Its me again:

  I uploaded a pictures and choosed of course “Pictures” in the right box but it looks not right. I want to have it like here: http://tapestrydemo.wordpress.com/#

  Have anyone an idea?

  Sorry – had the day off. ;)

  Can you double-chack please? When I looked at the post before, it had the “post” icon to the left of it and not the gallery one.

  Hey,

  actually, you can see the same problem with the video. It is not showen on the front. You can only see the “video-button” but not the video…Its the same problem with the “picture- and gallery-button”!
