  Hi, I am trying to have the images in my post show up full size but it keeps on resizing them to a smaller version. Is there any way to make that possible? Or to do a single column style that uses the entire column?

  If not, can I create pages that allow me to use the full size image but then I can’t see the page on my home page. Is there any way I can create the page so that it comes up listed with the posts?

  Unfortunately, there’s no way to make the images you insert into your posts full-width. I’m sorry this isn’t the answer you were hoping for!
