Font colours for blog post titles

How do I change the colours of the fonts in the blog titles? There was supposed to be a typography manager. When i click on customise, it tells me to upgrade again for another $30. Surely this can’t be right?

You may have been looking at the features of The Writer for WordPress.org on http://oboxthemes.com.
While we’d love to have the same features on .com, The Writer for WordPress.com supports the typography and custom styles package which is a $30 upgrade.
That said, I’ve seen some really great implementations of the custom styles package, so if you would like to have custom fonts, I’d say it’s worth it.
Hope that clears up the confusion.
