How does someone follow my blog ???

Hello!

If someone has a WP.com account, they should automatically see an option to ‘follow’ your site. By checking this button they will see any new articles you publish in their news page. You’ll find more details on this here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/following/. Otherwise, as this is a WordPress.com feature rather than a theme specific question, their general support forums would be able to give you more information than me. :)
