Hello. I have been trying to figure out how to get the first Featured image to display the correct dimensions but it does not seem to work. I also noticed that it does not show correctly on the Adaline demo page . Is this something that can be fixed? Thank you

    Hi there,

Thanks so much for your interest in the Adaline theme.

I just want to make sure we’re on the same page here. Are you talking about this theme? https://adalinedemo.wordpress.com/

If so, could you please clarify what you mean by “does not show correctly on the Adaline demo page”? Can you provide a link or a screenshot to further describe what you are referring to?

For example, are you talking about the first post in the featured content area, seen in this screenshot? https://cloudup.com/ccIuZrKC9Nf

Or something else? I just checked and I am not seeing anything out of the ordinary, so I’m looking forward to hearing back from you with more details.

    Thank you for your clarification!

    Best regards,
    Leland

Yes that is the correct theme. The issue was that the 700 x 350 image was not showing up exact next to the text of the post. After looking at it from a desktop it looks fine. I guess when I look at the featured posts on a tablet or phone the image is not aligned for the rectangle post.

Ah okay, so you mean more like this? https://cloudup.com/cDAj9MzeOrh

Yes, this is expected behavior at narrower widths, but before the mobile breakpoint when it stacks like this: https://cloudup.com/c6j6C3mvpmW

    Yes, exactly like that!

Ok that all makes sense now.

Thank you for your quick responses and answers on other topics in the forum. I’m just starting to learn CSS and the information has been helpful.
