    Hi Taras,

    This is Nahita, sorry for asking so many questions.

    1. Is it possible to remove the arrows and underline from nav menu in footer?
    2. Can’t seem to figure out how to center the image in footer. Can you help?
    3. Can you help me tighten the footer so there’s not so much space at the top and bottom?
    4. How can I remove the social menu at the bottom of the site?
    5. Is there a way to make the featured image on a page and post stretch to fill the page width?
    6. I’d like to add text to the grid page layout but hide it from the front page.

    Hi Nahita,
    I apologize for delay in response!

    “Is it possible to remove the arrows and underline from nav menu in footer?”

    – Please use this custom CSS to remove the arrows:

    .footer-widgets ul li::before {
      display: none;
    }

    .footer-widgets ul li {
      padding-left: 0;
    }

    “Can’t seem to figure out how to center the image in footer. Can you help?”
    – You can use the Text widget (https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/) that comes with alignment options. First upload the image and to the widget content area. Then click on the image to view alignment options.

    “Can you help me tighten the footer so there’s not so much space at the top and bottom?”
    – If you are referring to the footer widget area then please use this custom CSS to reduce the height of this section:

    .footer-widgets {
      padding-top: 0;
      padding-bottom: 10px;
    }

    “How can I remove the social menu at the bottom of the site?”
    – To remove social icons from the footer section, please use this custom CSS:

    .site-footer .social-list {
      display: none;
    }

    “Is there a way to make the featured image on a page and post stretch to fill the page width?”
    – The content area in single views is wrapped within a container. To have have a full screen featured image in single views, we need to remove this container. I would not recommend to do so because it will cause styling issues.

    “I’d like to add text to the grid page layout but hide it from the front page.”
    – Please add your text to the page with the Grid template. Let me know when it’s added so I can provide a custom CSS for you to hide this text on the Front Page template.

    Thank you,
    Taras

    Hi Taras,

    Don’t worry about the delayed response. Everything is fine. Can you take a look at my about page, I tried to apply multiple backgrounds but when I change the window size it shifts everything. Is there a way to fix the content of the site so it doesn’t move when the window size is changed? Can you apply it to the entire website.

    Also I’d like to add the navigation menu to the footer but horizontally not vertically but can’t figure it out.

    Will let you know once I add the content to the grid page layout.

    Nahita,

    “Is there a way to fix the content of the site so it doesn’t move when the window size is changed?”
    – The Columns block (https://en.support.wordpress.com/wordpress-editor/blocks/columns-block/), which comes from WordPress core, is responsive by default, meaning it changes the layout based on the screen resolution (due to the limited amount of space in mobile views). The same thing applies to the theme layout.

    Unfortunately, it’s not possible to disable it.

    “Also I’d like to add the navigation menu to the footer but horizontally not vertically but can’t figure it out.”
    – Currently, the theme does not support a custom menu location in the footer area but we are planning to add in the future theme release. This navigation (footer menu) will be located somewhere in the copyright section in the footer area.

    Thank you,
    Taras

    Hi Taras,

    I added a sample text on the services page.

    In the footer, can you help me with the line-height of the navigation menu. I’d like to have less space between the menu items.

    How can I hide some of the pages from the footer menu? I couldn’t do it using the widgets visibility section.

    Hello Nahita,

    “I added a sample text on the services page.”
    – Please use this custom CSS to hide this text on the Featured Page section:

    .featured-page-44 .front-block-header .entry-content {
      display: none;
    }

    “In the footer, can you help me with the line-height of the navigation menu. I’d like to have less space between the menu items.”
    – Sure. Please use this custom CSS:

    .footer-widgets .widget_pages li {
      padding-top: 0;
      margin-top: 0;
    }

    Let me know if you have any additional questions.

    Thank you,
    Taras
