Featured posts widget: how to change the control arrows color and mouse-over?

Currently, the behavior of the two arrows (left and right arrow, located in the bottom-right corner of the Featured posts pane on my home page) is suited for if my site is using a white background.

Since not, having the two arrows black; and them turning even darker on mouse-over makes them almost hard to see for a newcomer to the site.

How can I make them in the same light-grey color that the “Active slide” dot (left side, bottom of the same widget) has; and have them – the arrows, turn even a bit lighter on mouse-over, instead of darker as they do now?

Hi there – since your site is private then I am afraid I can’t see the problem to suggest a solution. If you can temporarily make it public then I would be happy to offer some css to help with this.
