Featured image repeats in post when under Categories

When I use featured image for a post, sometimes it repeats in the post itself. This occurs when all posts in a category is displayed. See http://baynetlibrary.wordpress.com/category/past-events/

The blog I need help with is baynetlibrary.wordpress.com.

In the Appearance -> Theme Settings menu, there should be a Content Archives box. There’s a setting in there to uncheck to not show the featured image on archive pages.
