Featured content images not appearing on homepage

I just want the homepage to look like the screenshot in the Caldwell template. Instead of three boxes below the main featured post, showing the featured blog posts and their images, it’s just showing the title and the beginning text.

The three featured content boxes shown on the homepage of the theme demo are added using featured content. We have some setup information in the theme documentation that goes into more detail. Let me know if you have any questions with the featured content setup mentioned in the documentation.
