    Hi,

    I just switched my site to the Arcane theme and I’m wondering if you can help with items:

    1. In the top right corner, I want to change the search bar icon to white.

    2. In the featured post carousel, I want to change the black background to white and the white text to black. I’ve tried the CSS you mentioned in other posts (see below), but couldn’t get it to work.

    3. I want to change the font color in the “Read More” boxes to white.

    4. On the homepage, I don’t want the author to display below the blog post title, but I want to keep the date.

    5. In the footer, I want to change the black background in the “follow” widget to white, and change the text to black.

    Please see my current CSS below for reference:

    Hi,
    Nice customization of Arcane theme. Congrats :)

    Please try the following css snippets.

    1. Search Icon Color:

    .search-control:before {
        color: #fff;
    }

    2. Featured Content Color:

    .featured-content-wrapper .entry-content-featured-content {
        background-color: #fff;
    }
    .featured-content-wrapper .entry-title-featured-content a,
    .featured-content-wrapper .entry-title-featured-content a:visited {
        color: #000;
    }

    3. Read More Text Color:

    .more-link,
    .more-link:visited {
        color: #fff;
    }

    4. Home Page Author Meta:

    .home .entry-meta.entry-meta-header-after ul li:first-child,
    .home .entry-meta.entry-meta-header-after ul li:nth-child(2):before  {
        display: none;
    }

    5. Footer Follow Widget:

    .widget.widget_blog_subscription .widget-title {
        color: #000;
    }
    .widget_blog_subscription {
        background: #fff;
        border: none;
        color: #000;
    }

    Hope it will help you.
    Thanks

    Wow thank you SO much! It fixed everything; I love it! This theme has worked perfectly.

    I only have one more question:

    On the homepage menu where it reads: “About | Eats | Contact”, is there a way to make the background of that menu/strip #05D7D7 and the text (About, Eats, Contact) white?
