Exclude categories from homepage

  Hi, we want to run a jobs section, posting each job as an individual post in a “jobs” category – but how to stop them coming up as stories on the homepage?
  I know there’s a plugin which can do this, but then we gotta upgrade to Business plan… if there’s a way to do it without spending any more $$$ this would be much appreciated.

  Hi there – I’m afraid there’s no easy way to do this without paying for a plugin.

  If you don’t mind a different page layout then you could create a static homepage and then build a new homepage using the block editor. If you use the latest posts block you can set which categories it displays.

  Latest posts block:
