Hello, I’m trying to set up my home page as a static page with a header.
I have selected the header image in the customizer (only one image, not a slider), but now that I am redacting the page itself in the block editor, I have added some images to go along with the text, and automatically, the theme is putting one of these images as a second header.
I keep checking in the block editor, the featured image is empty, so I really should not be seeing the image right below the page title.

I hope this makes sense, thanks in advance for your help.

The blog I need help with is:

Hi there -thanks for the message and sorry for the confusion. There’s two things that could be happening here.

Firstly if you have set a featured image in WordPress then it will replace the header with the featured image.

Secondly, if you are on the homepage and have the slider setup (featured content) then the header will not display. The header image only displays on the homepage if there is no featured content.

    Thanks – Ben
