Enabling full site view on smart phones by default

  How do I enable the full site view (same as what you see on a PC or iPad) by default (versus the post-by-post view you see when loading this theme on a smart phone like an iPhone 4S)?

  You can turn on ‘full site view’ with the button at the bottom…but it’s not on by default on an iPhone 4S/5 or Android smartphone, though it is on an iPad 4.

  Figured out how to do this in the ‘mobile’ settings by turning the ‘mobile optimized view’ off.
