Embed audio

    Hi! I’m trying to embed my podcasts (hosted on tryca.st) on my website. I have an html iframe embed code and an RSS feed url but neither option is working. Any help for either of these methods? With the embed code I’m getting the error message “too many requests” and with the RSS feed, the embed is simply not showing up. I am paying for the Business version of the website so any plugins/widgets are available to me. Thanks!
