    Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible to have my main menu as responsive menu on mobile.
Also is it possible to have a fixed header when scrolling down? If so, how can I do this? Can it be done with CSS customising?

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is lifeandwanderlust.com.

    Hi there

the navigation already changes responsively – I’m not sure what you want to be different? It’s hard to change the navigation so I suspect not much can be done – but if you can explain what you’re expecting then I might be able to help.

A fixed header is not easy to add via css only and could cause complications later but if you really want it then I can give you some css – however I want to add the caveat that it likely won’t be reliable in all situations (mobile for instance).

    Hi binarymoon,

Thank you for your answer. OK lets leave the fixed header matter on the side.

For the menu, basically I want to have the three line icon as a drop down menu. Can this be done?

Ah – I see. I’m afraid that’s not possible either. That would need to be baked into the theme and requires javascript changes to be able to make it work.

Can I ask why you want that? The menu you have works fine on a mobile device.

I think together with a fixed header it would be more user friendly. People could read a post and immediately go somewhere else without having to scroll all the way up to find the menu.

Hi there – I’ve made some changes to the mobile navigation and they should be going live in the next 24 hours or so.
