Double search widgets displayed?

  Hi,

  I have removed all widgets, yet my website displays two (!) search widgets and the archive widget. Both search widgets are tagged with the same class so I can’t use CSS to remove only one of them. Help?

  I see only one search widget in the sidebar. Where is the other one?

  Hi,

  Thanks for replying! I finally managed to hide the two extra search widgets, as well as the archive widget, using CSS. However, with this little “hack” I am prevented from adding new widgets, so I would appreciate a better solution.

  Hi Jesper,

  Can’t you just remove the widgets from the sidebar under ‘Appearance – Widgets’. As far as I can see those are widgets added manually.

  No, they are not listed. I have removed all widgets but they remain on the site (now hidden by css).
