Domain name mapping with Premium?

  Do all the Premium themes include in their price Domain name mapping, Free Ads and Customizing?
  I have just purchased the Premium Theme ‘VISION’ and I am surprised no to see in the Dashboard all the included features. I was asked to upgrade to ‘custom design’ when I checked if i can change some colors.
