Do I need pages setup?

  Hi,
  I am setting up a satirical blog to look like a news website. Do I need to have my headings AKA “Breaking News” etc. setup as pages and then post to these pages individually each time depending on which heading they belong to?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
