I pretty sure there’s no way to do this, but can I remove the my posts on the front page?
If not, is there a way to post portfolio entries without a date instead?
I’m using the theme as a portfolio of my work instead of a blog, so the dates really aren’t necessary.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
If there’s no way to remove dates through a post, I’m seeing that using the portofolio feature may be the way to go.
If so, Is there a way to remove the “Portfolios” headline that appears when hovering the mouse over each portfolio entry? I prefer if each entry said the name of the story only…
Yes, using the Portfolio feature would be the best way to go. This will allow you to keep your work separate from your Posts.
Removing the Portfolios headline can be done with some custom CSS; requires the Custom Design upgrade. The same goes for if you were to use Posts and wanted to remove the date. Let me know which route you go with and I can help with the CSS to remove these.
Assuming you’re going with the Portfolio route, displaying those items on the front page can be done one of two ways.
The first way would be to use Featured Content functionality. Bridger has built in Featured Content support for the Portfolio content type.
