Deleting the Follow Button at the very top

  Using the Mimbo Pro theme, how do I remove the black banner at the top, above the header, or at least the “follow” or “following” icon?

  I am intrigued to know why you would want to do this?

  Either way – it’s a standard wordpress.com feature that all wordpress.com blogs have. It will not display for people who are not signed in to wordpress.com. In answer to your question – according to the terms of service the wordpress.com toolbar may not be altered (point 11 – http://en.wordpress.com/tos/) so I’m afraid it’s not possible. This is standard for all themes and not specific to Mimbo Pro.
