i am customizing my page but it says that I need to upgrade with premium package which I actually purchase already with receipt id 13730070. actually I was billed for usd49 where the upgrade is only usd24? why is that?

The $49 purchase was for the Atlas theme.
You can see what the Premium plan includes and add it to your account here:
It also looks like you already purchased a domain separately. If you opt for the Premium plan, that includes a domain, so we can either issue you a credit for your recently purchased domain or connect it up to your Premium plan, if you go that route. If you’d like to do that, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll get you set up.
I noticed you also bought another theme for the same site, Notebook. Since you can only use one theme on a site at a time, keep in mind that whichever theme you decide not to use may be refunded within 30 days after purchase in your dashboard.
