custom menu widget appearance
-
I have the Magnate Express theme. I tried to create a custom menu widget with some of my categories used in my posts. The appearance of the final result was not good. Each line contained 2 categories instead of 1! Can you fix this please.

Hey folks, I had a look at this in songsofhope883’s other thread – https://premium-themes.forums.wordpress.com/forum/magnate-express – and also tested it myself. It looks to me like each item in the custom menu widget should be on its own line instead of side-by-side – would you agree?

Hi!
I have now fixed this, and the update should go live soon.
Thank you for your patience.

By the way, there is another magnate theme issue. My top (secondary) menu drop down box does not work properly. I can only access 2 of the submenus. So at http://eastleighcommunitychurch.com/ check out the youth menu at the top. I can only access 2 of the 3 submenus.

songsofhope883 – I see what you mean – this looks like a glitch in Chrome, the submenu hides behind the main menu (Home, Pastor, Events, etc.) so the lowest sub-menu item isn’t clickable. I’ll report this bug formally to the theme developer so they can get it fixed up. The bug is not present in Firefox.

I did some further testing and confirmed that the bug is also present in Firefox. The issue appears when the browser window is small enough so that the top menu and primary menus are both horizontal.
We’ll keep you posted here once the developer fixes the issue.
