custom logo problem

  i just started a topic related to a problem i am having with my menu and a submenu and i don’t know if this problem is related or not. i work in safari normally, but in checking my site in Firefox and Chrome, I now see that the custom logo i uploaded to my site, which works fine in Safari, does not show properly in Firefox or Chrome. Can you please advise on how to correct this. I thought React was supposed to be great in having consistent performance across platforms so I didn’t expect this. I appreciate your advice or fixing. thanks.

  Hi again!

  It looks like you are trying to add a PDF for the logo. The only supported image types for the logo are jpg, png, and gif. If you upload the correct image type, your logo should work.

  great, thx. was just thinking that. thought i saw pdf on the list of acceptable but i must have been mistaken.
