  hi

  I purchased the template however when I then add more storage or custom design – I lose the template

  any ideas?

  Hi Leon!

  To clarify, are you saying that after purchasing the Custom Design upgrade, you no longer have Shelf available as a theme when you go to Appearance → Themes?
